United States/Canada:
We're have partnered with Amazon Logistics to fulfil all our orders within USA/Canada. 

• Standard Shipping: 4-6 business days
• Express: 2-3 business days

Australia:
We’re partnered with Australia Post and Amazon to provide shipping services. See below for shipping costs and delivery estimates:

• Standard Shipping: 2-8 business days
• Express Shipping: 1-4 Business Days 

New Zealand: 5-8 business days
United Kingdom: 6-8 business days

Please note:

• Our delivery estimates should be used as a general guide only.
• Items may be held longer than usual by Australian and overseas customs authorities.
• All estimates are for metro destinations – items sent to regional and rural locations will likely take longer.

Handling

All orders will be dispatched within a maximum of 2 business days. Orders placed after business hours will be processed in the next business days. Newborn Nest is not responsible for refunds of shipping costs in the event of delayed shipping due to product availability.

Local Destination Tax & Duties

Newborn Nest has no control over any customs or import duties that could be charged when the order reaches the destination country. As much as we would love for this not to be the case, there is nothing we can do about the customs laws in different countries. These charges can cause delays and the customer will be liable to pay for them. Newborn Nest advises the customer to check with the local customs agency before placing the order.
